ChalkCast ("we", "our", or "the app") is a drawing board broadcasting application developed by Evan Magic. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Device Permissions

ChalkCast requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera - Used to capture images for the drawing board. Photos are processed locally and are not uploaded to any server.
• Storage / Media Access - Used to import images from your device's gallery onto the drawing board.
• Internet / Wi-Fi Access - Used to broadcast and receive drawing board content between devices on the same local network. No data is sent to external servers.

Data Sharing

ChalkCast allows users to share drawing board content with other users on the same local network. This communication happens directly between devices (peer-to-peer) and does not pass through any external server.

We do not share any user data with third parties.

Data Storage

ChalkCast may store app preferences locally on your device using standard device storage. No personal information is stored externally.

Analytics and Advertising

ChalkCast does not use any analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising frameworks.

Children's Privacy

ChalkCast does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal data from any user, it is safe for use by all age groups.
